Be it king prawns from the Bay of Roses, pike caught directly in the harbour, or crunchy vegetables from local markets: freshness is our forte. Only the most carefully selected and prepared regional products are served. Apart from typical Spanish dishes such as Zarzuela, sea bass baked in salt or the ever popular paella, our menu also includes seasonal highlights like asparagus, porcini, or truffles from the Piedmont. One of our classics is a juicy fillet of beef served with freshly roasted duck liver and truffles. It would be our pleasure to take you on a culinary journey by offering you our sample menu. You can look forward to seven small courses that are followed by a sweet finale.
